its only the pump for the winches, only goes on when the car is in competition.

Im intreagued - which part specifically of the MOT do you think it would fail on?

i am hoping to get stuck into it this arvo and atleast get it riding lower and chopping the rear half of the roof off, Camera battery has been on charge all night so should be able to shot sum and post up...

Being rather poor at the moment i have aloud $1000 to get it atleast drivable. That covers custom (read cheap arse) SHS driveshafts, brakelines, and putting the rear diff together.

I got the whole other 1989 range rover to steal bits and peices off and chop and change wat i do and dont like.

I feel enthusiastic but current lack of dollars makes it hard

 thats almost exactly wat i said.... only change thing to POS :)

I can only get 4" out of the coil overs though... but once i start to add all the misin bits such as fuel and tank, batteries, exo and tray it should bring it down abit more....

yeah ill be upgrading to 35s soon...

btw front is already dropped.... looks much better, once sum weight goes on ill have to notch up the kings with abit more pressure.

I think i might actually get backinto this faster than i first imagined....

How much strengthening work did you have to do to the mount points for the coilovers?
Do they use existing points or totally new ones?
Thanks,

Adam

Lets see, where would i start, probably the fact the the mudguards by no stretch of the imagination cover those tyres ! and that they are way more than 10% larger than factory fitted ones !

While your lowering it you may as do the same with the commodore ute. They never look right till you drop the back down :D

Whats your plans for the bodywork. Just gonna leave it open and put tube rear in??
