Cheezy Racing Rear Tube Bar.

Cheezy Racing Rear Tube Bar.
Thought I'd post a pic on the tube rear bar Cheezy did for me a few weeks ago as it has been discussed recently.
The work he does is absolutely top notch...........
The quarters were cut along the bumper line and LED tail/stop/indicator lamps used (they are bright as buggery).
He also cut and rolled the guards to fit the 35" Pedes.
The other mods he did were "-
- new sliding joint type front propshaft with bigger Tojo rear uni
- bolt on centre crossmember with a Panzer Mark 15 bash plate
- trick rear adjustable anti-rock swaybar which has dramatically improved onroad handling and behaviour
Now I just gotta bog up the hundred odd holes left after ripping off the lower plastic trim add some rubber flares and mudflaps and all will be sweet

lts just a pitty most dont recognise the products tru worth thru research and developement that goes into the custom equipment thats being produced.BTW there are a few other dam good fabricators out there but a heap of fly by nighters that will undercut everyone just too sell.
So whats the next mod mate ,my future buisness partner has a paj and just made up a quik tube bar to see what it would look like.Dam good i say.

The bar looks great........ I can see this joining my list of mods.
Did you have to trim any of the body or just remove the rear bumper and corners ?
Did the spare tyre mount require modifying for the 35" or does it clear the tube bar as it is ?
And what is the rear hook mounting you have ? it looks commercial.

its great to see you are not getting sick of your paj and thinking about upgrading.
Keep up the good work with it
PS: Frank, looks good mate. Time to take it for a burl on some tracks.
SWEET Now get that puppy on the tracks or we'll start to think all Paj owners are too scared to go off road (9th & 10th Matlock-be there)
I want to see the Paj go up & over the rock ledge on Youngs trk , if the Panza plate goes near it the rock ledge will crumble for sure.
Frank put some pics of the bomb proof plate up so everyone can see it (awesome piece of work it is) and that swisho table set up .

Yep been busy bogging up and sanding the holes left over from ripping off the plastic trim.
Bloody hell there are 100 holes, 45 each side plus 10 from teck screws I used to help keep some of it on after impacts.
Will do the final spray this week, put on some mud flaps and the rubber flares and all should be sweet.
Oh and I'm glad you liked the table Andrew it should come in very handy
I'll take some pics when it's all done.

Ok cost of the basic bar with LED's is around the $1K mark.
Cheezy can do whatever you want if your really nice including swing away wheel carriers and jerry can holders.
Your only limited on the width you have available.
He can do them with the mount on the bar so you can easily add the wheel carrier later on if $$ is tight.
The 35" Simex just touches the bar so if I ever want to go bigger the wheel mount would have to be spaced out (no real biggy).
He made it wide enough at the top so you can still use it as a step.
The job only involved removing the old bar and corners cutting down the chassis rails and cutting away the lower part of the quarters so the top tube follows the body right around. He even includes the little tabs for mudflaps. It's a very neat job and something you really have to see in the flesh to appreciate.
