Mate, I put a 2" PA body lift on with the help of a few guys - pretty darn easy...so a 1" would be even easier - hell you could do it by yourself if need be, because you're not worrying about extending the fuel line, etc.
Simply loosen all 11 bolts, undo one side completely, jack it up from that side, slip the blocks in and then new bolts, finger tighen them up, then do the same on the other side. When you're jacking, keep checking clearance with the air-con, brake lines etc, but you should be sweet.
I'd definitely suggest doing it yourself, all you need is a flat driveway/carpark, a jack and a few basic tools (although having airtools really made it easier

).
Are you doing a motor mount lift at the same time?
