Have a 100 series with a leaking front output on the transfer case ,
This dosn,t have a nut to hold the flange on , so we have to pull the 6 odd bolts out of the front output housing , and what holds the flange in there ?
A circlip or somthing , theres no shift fork in there or anything that will give us a hard time to put back together ?
Never done 100 before , Just hoping its as easy as i think it is

100 ser/ constant , front tran seal

I haven't done a front, but if it's like the rear output then a snap ring holds the shaft and bearing in place. Should be easier than the rear as no oil pump to remove.
I believe you need to remove the switch(es) first too, as they can be damaged when trying to refit the housing due to detent ball sticking out too far.
