EGT gauge wiring HELP

HI all I have recieved a second hand EGT gauge via ebay, and it came without wiring instructions

It is a HKS gauge with peak hold and warning. It comes with the probe and a second wiring loom for the gauge

The probe has 3 wires two of which go into a plug into the back of the gauge, there is one loose white wire from the probe.

The other loom has a red orange, yellow and black wire. the black is earth, the yellow is loose and the orange and red have been terminated together into a male bullet connector

Can anyone help with the wiring diagram or advice for the temination of the white wire from the probe, the yellow and the red/orange bullet.

I sorted out the
Red ACC 12v
Orange Constant 12v
Black Earth
Yellow Illumination/Dimmer control

but I still need to know what the Third wire on the probe is for ?
