Babyseat in Defender

Post by 4wdn00b »

Just wondering if anyone with a Defender has ever had a baby seat fitted? Just planning ahead, and wondering if it's possible. I'm not sure about the rules and regulations for NSW for child restraint mounts.

If anyone could provide me with any information it would be a great help, thanks.

Few things around, I have a bar that fits across the back with a babyseat attachment clip thing on it.

i run the straps through a rated cargo barrier and down to the floor ( a plated bolt ) this seems to hold the seat very firm. i want to put a full length draw in one day and will probably use a piece of unistrut or angle across the wheel boxes. i believe black widow do an 'approved' cargo barrier and rear draw combination for fenders, just make sure you are sitting down when you ask for a price
i say bolts is bolts, just make it strong.
