Yeah, there's some boat/ski race on too I think, another good reason to avoid the river crossing ;)

I heard a rumour that all 4 vehicles in each club will run one after another, not like in previous years how the field has been split into two halves..... Can someone confirm this either way for me???? Lets hope NOT.

I don't think so.

Our club entry form looked the same as previously, nominating two pairs.

The running order has been issued, but as I understand it, that order is repeated for the second pairs (again, as per last year).

The running order will be the same as previous years, also this year will see the return of the "traffic jam" (4 cars to drive over for bonus points) this hasn't been at Woodpecker since 2001 at Shanes place.
This year promises to be the best Woodpecker yet! there are 4 new obstacles to tackle, each of these will have bonus points, there will be cash prizes for all individual and team placings.
Don't forget a hat and sunscreen, and please don't forget, do not use the sackville ferry! the bridge to bridge ski race will be on the same weekend and the ferry will be stopped for several hours.
The action starts at 8am sharp, all competitors must be at the drivers briefing at 7am!

I hope its not windy like it has been for the last week.
Will it still be the same as previous with all team members on the track?

It will be the same as previous years, you can have all 4 drivers, all 4 navigators & your team manager on the track assisting the two vehicles attempting the obstacles at any one time. However, the drivers can only leave their vehicles if it is safe. Just keep in mind the vehicles will not be able to proceed until seat belts are fastened (so you would be advised to stop on a flat piece of ground, not a steep hill). Also don't forget don't use the ferries. They will not be open from 9.00am to 1.00pm both days. If you choose to use them outside these times, the line up will be huge.

Either go through McGraths Hill or use the Old Northern Rd & Wisemans Ferry Rd. It is actually quicker to go this way anyway.
