is this a pajero control arm?

Post by yelzook »

heyas, just wondering if anyone here could indentify this control arm. I've been told it may be from a Pajero.

any info would be great. Year etc. If it is from a Pajero, are they easy to get from wreckers, and if so, how much ya reckon they'd cost?

Also, are the front control arms and rear the same? does anyone have any info or specs for the rears if they are diferent. The measurments i'm going on here, means i need the roughly the same length for the rears.

here's a pic of what i have.

any info would be great, thanks!

Yes, Pajeros are IFS. The control arm certainly looks like a match. The second photo is a short wheelbase - I don't know if LWB & SWB use the same arms, but I'd be surprised if they didn't.

Cheers,

thanks scott, yeah i reckon the lwb and swb would be the same.

can someone confirm the measurements?

The distance between the first bolt and the first washer on the control arm is pretty close to 70cm.
here's what i mean...
