Hi all,
Its been a while but the old girl is re-powerd and running sweet.
So first weekend away and i put a nice "crease" in the rear
quarter panel
So has anyone made a neat peace of gear to protect this area.
Yes i know just cut the quarters and ad a rear bar.
They look a bit rough.
If i fit a body lift are the body mounts prone to cracking, even
with good bushes and tight. Can i use/fabricate plate's to
prevent this.
Cheers Ian

This is how I cut my quarter panel, I folded a new panel and welded it in, it has been welded so it has the factory seam look on the bottom and inside the rear guards.
I am soon going to build a new rear bar to go along under the cut guard.
I am not that far away if you want to have a look.
