Slotted bushes are secret rover mens business, but seeming you're using rover radius arms you probably should check this link.

It starts to get tricky with arm lengths and angles, plus in the front the diff is not central so the mounts get tricky...

I have been out with a couple of Lux's with Mitsi rear arms up front as a 3 link and they travelled well and gave a nice ride compared to leafs.

Cost is one reason for avoiding Bundy the other is the front arms are so ugly, like an ape draging its knuckles on the ground
My axle is just fine and the Rangie bits are cheap as chips

Because I did a 5 link rear I didn't need to shift the tank
I will take some more detailed pics over the next few days.
The rear has wicked travel, stuffs my 37 ( with wide rear conversion ) until it hits the chassis ( also had to modify wheel arch ) and has excellent droop. The front didn't seem to ramp very well but out on the test drive it seemed to loosen up and looked pretty good.
The result is not for ramp queens but offers a much nicer ride and seems alot more stable on and off road than the leafs. I decided against building a competition style toy ( like POS and RUFF ) mainly because other than mud trials and winch challenges theres nothing to aim for. SO the decision was to have aa awesome trail toy which can not only do the rough stuff but get me there and back reliably.
I think its more difficult to do a wicked trail toy than a comp truck, not only do you need engineers cert, reg etc but if you want to go hard you still have to get home. If you build a comp toy you can go hard and if it breaks then toss it on the trailer and take it home BUT it you bust your trail toy 7-8 hours from the nearest garage you have to fix it and get out yourself. That risk is part of the trail toy buzz !!
There are so many areas here that have never been driven because 90% of our trial toys run stock trucks with 31's and 99% are mud bunnies so for the few of us here with good suspension, lockers and big feet we have tons of exploring to do. Over the last year we have driven at least 4 stunning rock trails that have never seen a 4x4, all on public land

Sorry Guys its a bit hard getting online lately, living in the basement of the Mother-in-laws, so logon time is difficult only using old laptop. Trying to get a new house built as well......
I'm off on thurs doin a mountain trip up uncharted 4X4 trail so will get some more pics and post em this weekend
We need to get a "Low Volume Vehicle Certification" here for any serious mods. Basically an engineer checks your changes, thrashes the truck round hairy corners to see if it falls over, then stands on the brakes 3 times in a row and you need to stop within 4 secs. If hes happy with the design and workmanship you get a cert badge under you bonnet showing your mods are OK.

I got a couple of pics from the weekend, It pi$$ed down most of the time so wasn't able to go silly with the camera !
As you can see theres nothing hanging under the front axle to catch on. I have lost front end travel compared to the old rears up front. I found on full droop the axle hangs on the shock but hopefully with some more dev I can get the old travel back.
