Springs for a 75?

G'day all, the time has come to lift my 75 :D , i have been told that if i can find some longer springs from something else this is a cheap way to do lift it,
And at the minute with a pregnant wife cheap is good :armsup:

So what if any trucks came with longer springs?

Chris, what are you trying to achieve by lifting it?

Is it to get bigger tyres underneath or other reason?

What year is it? I assume your talking leaf springs?

It's a 94 model, but it's all good now after doing some reading i'll be using the springs in it and doing a SOA soonish :D .

if you want longer springs i think the 79 has the longest leaf springs for the toyota's..

alternatively.. measure what you've got (off the truck) and go to a wrecker to see what you can find..

im doing a coil over conversion in my 75 and ill be looking at getting rid of the leaves, which has a efs 2 inch spring extended shackles, and its only about 12 months old, but it will be about a month give us a pm if your keen

Superior Engineering Qld is the place you should have a look at.
75 series ute. 8 inch lift, Drop shackles, Shock hoops, ladder bar, Ubolt flip, 3 inch wheel spacers, intercooled turbo, winch, twin detroits, 35" Mtr's, etc, etc.

75 Cruser, thank's for the offer mate, but i was told old sagged springs will work better as they will be flatter so the lift after the SOA wont be so extreme.

Baddboy, thank's mate, i'll give them a ring later on today.

Not looking to buy but how did you find the EFS springs? Did you get a fairly soft pack or heavier duty?
Looking at doing a 3" EFS spring lift when I get back from canada in a few months.
