are thay the same bell housing bolt pattern as the 1 uz-fe and are the v8 and diesel gbox the same ?

With box it's the manual attached to the 1VD-FTV ? the H151 ..

From what ive gleaned over the years...
1= Diesel (1HZ, 1HD-T, 1HD-FT, 1HD-FTE)
V= V8 (K= 4 pot inline, H = 6 pot inline)
D= Direct injection (Z = Indirect injection (1HZ, 1KZ-TE)
F= Quad Valve
T = Turbocharged
E = Electronic injection.
Im not 100% sure on the 1, im pretty sure that its for Diesel, and anything higher is petrols (this is for 4wds)
So a 1HZ is a Diesel, 6cyl, non turbo indirect injection motor
1HD-FTE is a diesel, 6cyl, quad Valve, Turbocharged, EFI motor.
1KZ-TE - Diesel, 4 cyl, Indirect Injection, Turbo, Efi motor

Like i said, im not 100% on the number at the start of the engine, i believe from further googling it may actually be a series number (ie a 2,3,5L motor)
The 1HD-FTE in a 79 series (exact same motor) isnt intercooled- same with a 1KZ-TE in a prado is intercooled, but a 1KZ-TE in the hilux isnt.
