Hey guys me again.
Yes my mate and I are going to build it.
And yes I know alot of people dont like this conversion but
I DONT CARE WE WANT TO DO IT AND ITS OUR CHOICE!
Ok here is they layout so far.
We have:
* 1996 Coil Sprung Suzuki Sierra wreck.
* VN Commodore 3.8L V6 and Turbo 700 Auto
* 1983 Hilux Axels and Diffs
Plan
* Plate the rail with 5mm steel and replace the front cross members to strengthen it for the V6.
* Mount the engine right on the fire wall cut out the tunnel to suit the larger gear box.
* Move the front diff forward 5-8" to balance the car out.
* The suspension that will be mounted will only raise the car @40mm above normal but the wheel arches will be cut out and moved higher up to allow for larger tyres.
* It will be a 3 link suspension up front and 5 link rear.
What we don’t have:
* Transfer case, possible setups:
- T700 auto - Marks adaptor - Hilux t/case
- T700 auto - Independent mounted early model Mitsubishi Pajero t/case
- Bell housing from a 94 era 3.2 auto rodeo - Asian Warner auto - Hilux t/case
What are people's suggestions for the transfer case setup? Other possibe setups?

The marks gear is top quality. It would save a HEAP of stuffing around.
Look at lengthening your wheelbase too for a more stable vehicle.
