Gearbox in L60 is 3 speed and in MQ is 5 speed.
This is impossible to buy PTO for Patrol L60 (in Europe), but it is possible for Patrol MQ 3,3D. In my opinion both PTOs are wery similar, but this is only my opinion. I must be sure :)

i have the one on the end of the transfer now, but am looking for the one that goes onto the side of the box. Just looks as though the box mounted one would be tougher as the tranny one bolts onto the rear splines and the splines in mine are about shagged from last owner abuse.

The one in the side of gearbox. I need it for original winch (front).
