I have to agree with all you've said, I've had nothing but great service from Kevin and when you compare him to a couple of nuff nuff brothers that are supposedly the "gurus" in welding machine repairs he is it and a bit as far as I'm concerned.
These 2 brothers that I won't name ended up giving me a bill for $1200+ and the machine still wasn't fixed (intermittent problem). Kevin came in, pulled the machine down to check it out and found an "obvious" shorting out problem on the machine chassis and bent the component away so it couldn't short and it was fixed.
They also have the largest range of welding consumables I've ever seen, I'm like a kid in a candy shop every time I go there.
Regards Andrew.
