RA Rodeo 4x2 to 4x4 conversion

Post by redrocket »

Has anyone, or is it a matter of, taken front diff, transfer and other bits from a 4x4 and put into a 4x2?

Is it that simple? Considering there is no transfer lever and wiring harness is already in place. Is there a computer? assuming the rear prop shaft would be shorter to allow for transfer case.

from what i have heard and read the rodeo 4x2 is actually based on the 4x4 chassis so there is no reason that you cant convert it the way you say
