just wondering if i have been treating it badly and i was wondering how long it should last ... and how much would a new clutch be worth?

How long is a Piece of string
I put a New Clutch in my RX, Drove 20 mins heard a bang Lost all clutch pedal Movement Pulled to the side of the road Trying the Clutch waited a couple seconds did it again Clutch came back,Turned into the strongest Ive ever had .Tore abit of linig off which jammed it up

iv had it for 4 years behind the 2.2 the thrust race bearing is making its usual noises and i feel it slipping so it will go soon ... is 4 years good?

The race is the outside bit of the Bearing More likely the bearing is making the Noise
4yrs is ok But that depends on the KS Its Done as well

The Fourth pic in Shows the race (bit around the out side) and the Bearing (inside bit)well thats how i was taught

mine is still going i swapped engines over and it looked fine so my spare is going rusty wanna buy it? they last heaps if u dont drop yr clutch and do silly shit too often i tow and go rock climbing a lot so shes done well 4cyl is low on power to wear them,
