Ok im thinking of cutting two slotts one on the inside of the bottom cradle and one on the outside,Maybe heating them and folding them over the spring.
Is this the way to do it ,Is there abetter way and what is it

to me your shocks are to short or incorrectly mounted > correct this and no need to bolt your shocks in !

You don't have to bolt shocks in anymore
I'm pretty sure he means no need to retain your springs, but really, you should be retaining them top and bottom to give your rig more stability. Having said that, I have had dislocation cones on my last 2 rigs without problems.

sorry guys springs don`t need to be bolted in. i`m sure you get the idea what i was saying, but the intelligence of some of you people is so far advance from myself that you don`t have the commonsence of how to make springs captive ? if your got so much time on your hands to knitpick every word typed on these forums why not go teach it to kids at school. if you don`t want top do that f#%k off.
