Need an experienced Atlas rebuilder

Post by rockcrawler31 »

I have an atlas here that is running 5.0 gears and i'm changing it over to 3.8's. Does anyone know of a transmission builder in the Sydney area who knows what they're doing with Atlas's?

I need to be perfectly clear, not just recommendations for a trans shop, but people who are known to have built these things PROPERLY and to AA specs?

I have the AA teardown and rebuild manual here with all the specs but i'd still rather have it done by someone who knows the tricks and pitfalls of these things.

Not much help perhaps but I would suggest at least 2 places in Melb probably with experience in them.
