the locker solenoids and pressure switch is bolted on an aluminium case. - was that custom made or are they purchasable off the shelf??

the hose coming off your compreesor is gonna go soft with the heat and blow off the fitting. use hydraulic hose for the first couple hundred mm.

the new XP is waterproof from the factory and has the new 6Hp motor

the high mount was going to need grille cutting aswell as the usual bbar mods

Why?? Isnt this basically how most arb airlines are hooked up. I realise it does get hot but I have pumped up 35's with mine and havnt melted the hose yet.

yes. particularly the ElCheapo in Case options which have a fixed hose.

If you use it LOTS then yes, it will get hot and blow off. You can avoid this possibly happening by doing the suggestion above of fitting some hydraulic hose.

yeah, but usually the air line is on the other side of the manifold and the coupling, both of which seem to dissapate a bit of heat, not straight onto the tank.

you get the 1/8 1/4 bsp plug seperately.

I just use 1/8 Tyre Value in the 1/8 holes for now, if only one locker, why not put in a second air locker solinoid in just in case :D
