Welcome to OL!
What sort of 4x4ing? If you just want to play the dunes at Stockton then you probably only need some decent tyres and some additional clearance (take longer for the sills to dig to the sand. ) Articulation is less of a problem, you'll probably spend more time at speed so a stiffer suspension might be the go. You probably want your engine to produce power to help maintain speed.
If you want to take on rough fire trails you'll probably want more articulation and spend more time driving slowly, so a soft and supple suspension will be more useful. You're more likely to want bucketloads of torque off idle for low speed crawling over obstacles (not that Tritons lend themselves to low speed crawling. )
It'll also help if you tell us a little about your Triton - age, engine, auto or manual etc.
That get you started?
Cheers,
Scott

hey if i put bigger shocks on the front to give a 2 inch life would that not mean that the tyers would wear out on the out side of the tyers quicker??

Make sure you get a wheel alignment done once you've had the shocks fitted and the torsion bars cranked up. Should be sweet after that
