I can't see it working well. The front section from what I can gather is solid mounted with no articulation whilst the rear provides all thhe flex. It just seems that it would fall over the minute it flexes even moderatley on a side angle.

Or I could be wrong :D

It looks to me like a central articulation system, like with the Steiger-style tractors (though they're also central steer - not sure if this buggy is).

Obviously a tractor is a lot heavier (with low weight) than a buggy, hence less propensity to roll, but we used to have a gully on our farm that could be negotiated only by making use of the "pivot" flex. Scary angles though...

Ugly if you ask me!

Can't see it working, and it did't work that great on its first comp. Considering that "tiny" started cleaning the events right from day one and now moon buggy's dominate the scene with the odd twin seater causing a stir every now and then!

In my opinion there are some moon buggy's out there at the moment that are 1000 times better in every characteristics, from design to function!

This reminds me of that stupid "Chain Drive" pile of cr@p, where is it now?? :roll: :roll:

Remember Adrian that it takes all these attempts at new designs and the fact that they fail to reinforce the fact that other designs are indeed better. If no one thought outside the box there would be no way of comparing the good and the not so good.

It may not work, but least he had the vision to try.

Exactly. The machines geting around now are only the tip of the iceberg- imagine what progress will have been made in 5 or 10 years from now.
