Cheap lift for 75?

Post by TinyGQ »

Hey there i am quering for a mate but he wants to know what is the easiest and cheapest way to lift a 75 lancruiser ute?? Can you just buy extended shackles to get her up and maybe a body lift?? Any suggestions would be great, he is just looking for some more clearance for the 35's even though they fit staight on.

Cheers,

yeah, don't go much taller than about 30mm longer shackles in the front axle, can make for some interesting handling

too long a shackle in the rear can stuff up your pinion angle too.

bodylift is simple.

also 2 inch spring lift or (flame suit on) a GOOD spring reset

mate of mine with a 75 runs 35's and only has a slight body lift (inch or somethings) and reset springs, and slightly longer shackles to suit, it hasn't sagged in 2 years and flexes like it's on coils
