Mav Factory diff lock ratios

Post by bulldogy »

Guys have just got the new mav and it has a factory diff lock in the rear 4.11 ratio i think.
I want to go to 35s and the right ratio i want is 4.62 what i need to know is the ring gear from a factory LSD 4.62 rear going to fit on the Factory 4.1 diff lock?
If not can you get 4.62s to fit the factory diff lock?
Thanks Guys
Dave

R&P would be the same. Only way to know for sure is to ask your Nissan dealer but i'm 99.999999% sure that they didnt make a special "factory locker" 4.1 diff and a "lsd only" 4.1 diff and a "no locker" 4.1 diff.

Nissan will try and tell you there is.. but in reality there isn't... GQ r & p is GQ r & p and thats that. So yeah get a wrecked RX 2.8td GQ rip the ring and pinion of the centres and wack em on yours and away you go..

I don't know though if you can fit GU r & p ??
