When in doubt..... UTE-ERIZE it!!!
new studs would be under $10 each. can't remember exactly how much i paid for mine but was only a few $ each.
Take off the hub, using a punch and hammer or a hydraulic press, push them out. then using the same, push/punch the new ones in.
Make sure that you have the area directly around the stud on an appropriate anvil as last thing you want to do is bend the hub. If you take the hub off and go down to any mechanics workshop, i wouldn't imagine they would charge you much to press out and press in the studs.
Cheers

a mate of mine had this happen to his old xr falcon ute. however he was running billet axles and wheel studs with a 520ci windsor. it used to run high 9's. But one day driving round a roudn abotu let a skid rip and sheared every single rear wheel stud which made the rear of the car jump around and slide backwards into a tree at 60km/h and wrote it off
