Guage help required..

Post by whiteknight »

I have the standard Hilux dash but have got hold of the extra 2 gauges that came out on the SR5 (the oil temp and voltmeter) that fit in the gauge cluster.

I havent yet taken my gauge cluster out but was wondering if anyone knows if the wiring harness i need is sitting loose behind my dash already?

If I have to wire from scratch where does teh voltmeter connect to?

Volt Meter - try asking in the electrical section. Sounds like it should just be a wire to + battery (+) and a wire to ground (-). Not 100% sure tho.

I think youll find this one is oil pressure and not oil temp.
