Hey guys,
Im in the process of fitting a Safari Snorkel to my LN106R 2.8D Hilux and have hit some problems.
Firstly, does anybody have a template for where to drill the holes?
Secondly, I have taken the left front guard off the car and behind it is a steal tank looking thing which has a small hose which runs into the air intake hose which is already on the car. What is this? Can it be removed? Does it need to be put back or modified? If so, what do I do about it?
Thanks guys appreciate the help heaps.

Template
Not sure on the tank in the guard, but with the template, i just rang tjm (as mine is an airtec) and they sent me one out in the mail. Yours being safari, just find the biggest wholesaler closest to you and give them the serial number on the snorkel and they should send you one out.
Good Luck

""UPDATE""
I removed the tank and it seems like it is some form of tank which is used as an overflow point in the air intake system incase water is sucked in... The tank has a drainage pipe on the bottom of it so the water drained from the air intake tube is then able to drain from the tank...
Sound like it?
