Hey mate,
We had a GQ in a little while ago with a v8 350 ramjet crate motor and it was running a 4.8l pump inside a long range tank. No swirl pot but I am sure that the tank has a little section inside it that acts like one anyway.
I have been told also by long range automotive that the later model pump and sender should fit up and read with the gq dash.
Hope this helps

i believe..........
Just trying to work out what pump(s) I need, will probably be easier if there is no pump in the tank then I can run a lift pump and the main efi pump off the surge tank.
