Radiator

Post by Fathilux »

Its very true but I have solved the problem by lowering my radiator back down to its original position in relationship to the motor. I used two pieces of flat bar to reposition the mounting holes. I welded two 5/16" countersunk capscrews positioned exactly 2" below the 5/16" mounting holes. Then I bolt the flat bars to the front apron leaving me with the new studs positioned 2" lower to mount the radiator. My truck has had over heating problems for ages until I did this mod. I have cained the hell out of it now and she never gets hot at all.
