I had to re-do slightly my MK frame and I had to move my frame's front cross member, where the idler arm bolts on. Now I'd like to re-do my steering on my MK similar to GQ (no idler arm).
Can I do the following: leave MK stock tie-rod, then have a custom made drag link that will go from the tie-rod to the pitman arm?
MK's pitman arm is kinda short and crooked and I was hoping to get a nice little bit longer with more drop pitman arm (I have 2" front shackles). So I was thinking to replace my pitman arm or should I go for a compete GQ power steerting box or just leave the stock MK's pitman arm?
I did search but I didn't find anything on that. I am planning to run 32-33" tires and not much of a lift. Thanks.
