How well did it run after the pump and injectors were changed?
What if anything was the last thing that got adjusted?
Nothing under you accelerator pedal? new floor mat etc
The throttle pedal stop screw is tight and not winding itself out? (just above the pivot for the throttle pedal, it should contact at the same time as the throttle stop on the injector pump)
Is the throttle stop screw tight or is it slowly winding itself in with vibration(follow the throttle cable to the linkage on the injector pump)
How many KMs has it traveled in total??
Last oil and filter change?, which viscosity oil?
When did you last change the fuel filter?
When did you last change/ clean the air filter?
When did the tappets last get adjusted? to what clearences?
Is it blowing a lot of smoke? yes/no what colour?
Did the lack of revs start after you last filled up with fuel?
Is the small airline from the inlet manifold to the boost aneroid on top of the injector pump attached at both ends?
All the clamps for the hoses from the turbo and plenum chamber tight?
No fuel leaks from the injector pump or injectors?
Original exhaust and high Kms? you may need a new muffler if the old ones clogged.

Hope this helps
