34s with a 3"lift

Post by Golding »

hey all.

im going to get some play rubber for my 80 series cruiser soon.

i was thinking 33s, but id like to get some 34s.
so my question is, does 34" rubber rub with a 3" suspension lift?
i know 35s do, but no idea on 34s.

there just for play, ill keep my 31s for on road

any help would be good,

thanks in advance

34s are no problem on 80s with a true 3" lift.

I used to run 34 X 11.5 JT2s with a 2inch spring lift and 30mm coil spacers and 7inch rims. They would occasionally touch on the inside of the rear wheel well on up travel. I now have a 4inch coil lift and run Q78s with no major issues.
My vehicle of choise is a Std 94 model 80 without flairs or mud flaps.
Hope tis helps
