hi does any one have any input on the hid that go into the h4 glob headlight slot. i am looking at a full kit of hid high beam and hid low beam. its $339 posted anywhere. are these going to be good

Make sure they are the hi/low beam type instead of low beam only.

This has to do with the lens's in the headlamps. With the HID's they have a clear lens where the halogen has a lens to break up the light more. It is definately a matter of what you are happy with. For me it doesn't make much of a difference because my truck is lifted 6 inches and I have 180W halogen bulbs in them anyway.Cossie wrote:I thought there was an issue with fitting them to normal headlights - something about them not being designed for them and would be too much glare for other drivers?
