The 2F will require chopping the G/ box tunnel out of the floor pan to fit the cruiser g/box and transfer in it. The firewall will need to be cut to allow the engine to protrude into the cabin. you need to cut out the radiator support and make a new one to accomodate a larger radiator. Custom Drive shafts will need to be made not to mention exhaust, wiring and all the other incidentals. I've seen this mod done on a mud racer.
If you are mechanically minded and have some engineering skills then it would take a couple of weeks solid work and a couple of grand. If your gunna pay someone to do it it'll cost around ten grand.

Fix the 40 mate!
