I got my 60 a few years ago, and from the measurments, i guestimated it had a 3" sus lift that has saged to about 2.5", and I had to put a 2" body lift to stop it scrubbing around normal corners on the road when running 35" pedes, and even now I still scrub on more serious artic situations offroad ...

60 Series Clutch Adjustment or almost shagged?
Hey guys, im just wonding if my ol HJ60 would have any clutch adjustment, or is the fact that the clutch is engaging close to the top of the pedle a sign that its almost due for replacment?

nope mine is not Vac operated, I am pretty sure ive fixed mine, there is 2 levers on the transfer stick, one engages 4wd, the other switches from high to low, seems the one that engages 4wd pulls OUT of the gearbox and it was not pulling out enough, although it did it once before the body lift, it ...

Yup I assumed it was the same as a driveshaft, as the diameters going into each end of the boot are different, and its greasable just like the driveshafts, and I assume its there for some kind of flex, so just depends on how much length is in there, but on every body lift info I found on a 60 series ...

WRXSUX, they have released software that you can view the map data on a PC. Its been out for a few months now. Its just a Beta but im using it and it works fine.
