yer in my lux i am running the auto behind the v6 i have had no trouble with that yet. My mate done the exact same thing as Timmeh so i would be gettin an auto or a dyna box, the auto i would think would be the cheapest

hey guys i am lookin at puttin crawler gears in my transfer case in my hilux it has a commy motor and auto box, i just mainly want these gears for down hill engine braking really, and i am unsure on what ratio would be good ne help would be great. I was lookin at getting them through marks????

It is a vp v6, the cooling system has not been bled yet, as i have not changed the coolant since i have owned it

why do u want a carby on an injected motor????

hey, my mate has a bundy with v6 conversion and has a 4 inch lift, he achieved this by fitting standard 80 serires springs, which aapparently are an easy fit just with ur basic steering mods and longer shock, he runs 37's on this 4b.......... just thought i would let u know

thanx for the replies guys, that thermostat sounds the go, no i dont have a fan shroud i will have to fabricate one for it. what temp in degrees celcius roughly do u think that v6 should be running at, because i am going to put a gauge on it and wanted a rough idea tahnx!

well i got a v6 in my lux and love it, my fueal economy is worse than that tho..... but i think i have some probs of my own with that, dunno bout ur power steering prob tho sorry. but overall they seem to be a good power plant for the lux, r u running and auto or manual.
