Hey man! I'll keep it brief and simple! Not going to be as strong as nissan gear. Will break if you drive it like a patrol! But will drive stuff with a bit more ease so shouldn't have to drive it as such. With 33s you should be ok to give it a bit of stick. Locked centres will def help, as standard ...

You can swap them/interchange many bits.
The flanges from the range rover can be fit with the correct spacer and no adjustment to the CWP is necessary.

Ashcroft Transmissions for the gearing. The gearing for 33s will be good. I use stock gearing for 33s and 4.12 gearing for my 35 to 37" tyres. I have not had recent dealing with the 3.5 V8 as my last two rangie have been 3.9 and 4.6L V8s But my first rr was stock gearing on 37s and it went OK still ...

Re: 12mm bolt Panhard rubber bush. Rare...?

Correct me ifi am wrong, but I also beleive the later14mm bushes are slightly larger OD? I seem to recall having my old outcast panhard honed out to fit the largerOD when I changed to the14mm bolt on the rangie. I do have some spare bushes to compare but they are at home about 2000km away, won't be ...

If you rotate the swivel balls makes sure to remove the castor bushes. Have the castor bushes been installed correctly?

Check the rear trailing arm bushes as well.

Looking at this a little bit more, I assume the spacer has the keyway groove? Cant see any in that image from the wedge shop? If you look at my first post the image clearly show the keyway also protrudes past the pulley, so any spacer is going to need to be keyed to suit? IGNORE THE ABOVE! I just ...

That is your other option. Yeah got a couple of suggestions on pirate and Aulro seems this is quiet common. From Aulro; All 4.6 conversions to distributor style front covers need a spacer ring on the front of the crank to allow for the extra crankshaft length. A suitable piece of steel pipe could ...

Nope. Just double checked this. I have toyed with the option of a sleeve spacer that goes over the crank and allows the crank bolt washer to clamp down on the inner edge of the pulley.
