i pulled the little hose and clip off the radiator overflow bottle on my spare zook. i found the hose and clip fit perfectly. i ran it up to the bottom of the shifter boot and cut a small hode and ran it into the cab. works a treat- no smells or noises, even after being on its roof a few times.

grab yourself a couple of LINCON lockers from bunnings.it'll cost about $10 in welding rods if you fill em up good. bang for your buck you cant beat em.

Why bother? IMHO It defeats the whole purpose of a Suzuki. Without the lightness of Suzuki parts all you end up with is is an underpowered car with no wheelbase with two anchors underneath it. your gonna have to run35s on mq's to get the same punkin clearence it has now. zook diffs (1.3) are not bad. unless you boost up the rest of your drive line putting bigger diffs in will only cause you blow up other parts like your transfer/ gearbox.

they'll be fine. its not the tire that makes you tip, its the driver that does that. drive to the conditions and you wont be visiting the flip side very often.

if you want less of the locker feel on the road put about 35 pound in the rear and they dont jump round or cherp as much.( they still do it, just not as much- and they'll pump better skids :P ).

as he said... i find that the a/t's are better on the road with the locker in the dry, but the cheap muddys work the treat in the wet, every one likes differnt set ups though. you win some, you loose some. i definatly agree on the crazy burnouts. :twisted:

welded diffs are the best mod :armsup: . no other mod can make your suzuki fell like a 900hp torana for about 2 bucks. every car i'v had has had a cig locker. respect the locker and it will respect you. most people who carry on about lockers have never had one, just heard STORYS. Man up and weld em.

i run 6.5's in my case and can drive up a vertical brick wall in third gear. i was going to buy cheaper gears but am happy to pay the little extra, dont abuse hard, only buy once. the extra control i gained is impressive when it comes to driving up and down the steep stuff.
