Yes I put a GU 4.6 into my gq wagon, the only think i had to change was the yoke where the centre nut is as the GU's have a different holes setup and will not fit to a Gq tail shaft.

Thanks Michael I worked it out, when I bought the car it had no motor or box and the guy had completly change the wiring from petrol to diesel. The dash was also changed and the tacho had spun around to the 8rpm so all i did was take the clear cover off around put the needle back around to the stop ...

Converting a MQ Sd33 24 volt

wondering if I put my other motor in it which is a SD33 Turbo and just change the Alternator and Starter motor, because they are 24 v so I can keep all the wiring and dash in.
question is will a 24volt Alt or Stater motor fit on a SD33T motor
