Hi, Is there anyone running a vp 5.olitre and turbo 700 out there? maybe a master cyl failing but sounds to me like contaminated brake fluid or air in brake system still.

there was a warning out a few years ago about landcruisers voiding the warrenty because they had dot4 fluid put in the brake system and it was stuffing the abs system!!!!!!

you should use the 6.0 version rather than the 5.7 because the 6.0 has heaps more down low torque.

try taking off in third or fourth from a standing start with the hand brake full on, lay the boot into it and it should still stall out

did you try draining some fuel from your tank to see if there is any shit in the tank, which could have blocked your filter again, also check the gause filter in the banjo fitting at the pump inlet not all have this. by the way what is the air filter like???
i always start at the cheapest fix first.

I also went to Performance ignition in Mitcham today, explained what i need and they suggested modifying my dizzy to electronic for around 500 and then a decent coil, they are fairly confident that it will do a reasonable job with low boost. you could always pull the arms out give them abit of a clean and put something like armour all on the bushes to make them look like new and take it back for inspection, if thats all they picked they will probably look underneath and see the new looking bushes and pass it .

they are the same, the cheapest way is to borrow someone elses cap first to see if it is the problem.
