I painted mine when i put them in. Just scuffed them up with steel wool, wiped them over with grease remover and hit them with an $8 spray can from bunnings. And that was 2 years ago,no worries since. :D :D

A friend of a mates was looking at doing the same thing but ended up installing a supercharger. he had a few hiccups but when he got them sorted he said it was awesome. can't remember where he got the supercharger from though. :D :D

Yep, coil packers can serve as a inexpensive height adjustment, anywhere from 10mm to 30mm (rear only). I run them in my truck and gave myself an extra inch in height and cost only about $100. :D :D
