I have a 98 2.5L V6 GV and I'm getting about 10L/100km highway driving. 11L/100km city driving. Mind you, I have 235/70R16's instead of the standard 235/60R16. I also have a dodgy rack on the roof and a 1" body lift which cripples the air flow. If I take the rack off, I can get it down to 9L/100km ...

Mate just got his car engineered from QLD to NSW. The engineer told him about the new rules, and one of them was no lift over 2".

Whole new system coming into place.

Latest 4x4 Monthly has a write up on air compressors and have included the Air Up system. The results compared to the other compressors just don't come close.

Mind you, they are replacing a fair bit more.

When I saw ARB install my new springs, it was a matter of a spring compressor and a crowbar to get the arms to go down just that little bit more.

Sorry, that is the one I have seen, not the green one.

Just doesn't look like it follows the line of the car correctly. Apparently the V6 Hilux snorkel from TJM follows the lines a lot better.

I have seen a side on shot of the green one, and the snorkel doesn;t follow the line of the car I believe.

From what I have heard, a hilux snorkel has been installed on a GV by Overkill. Care to comment on that Sam?
