use the vented rotor's, vit calipers up front and a solid disk\sierra caliper in the rear .. your brakes will be able to pull you up very very easy even with the added leverage of 33's. ( I could not say that I ever really found the brakes wanting even with heavy bias ply 35's)

ok mine is doing the same i was in the bush started clunking everynow and again from the rear wheel drove home when i pulled off the moterway and slowed down realised it was MUCH MUCH worse pulled up at home there is diff oil dribbeling out the drivers side wheel

Well first to comment on the COG vs body lift. Given that the body lift doesn’t give you much clearance advantage I don’t see why you wouldn’t get rid of it. I think you would be a lot happier to be sitting two inches lower on a decent side hill.

thanks everyone for Ur advice helps heaps the only thing i am unsure of now is what sort of power assist steering box to run on the hilux high steer kit ,dunno weather to run a IFS hilux steering box or a vitara power assist one, any ideas would be great.

They have a bigger pumpkin and sometimes wider is not better when your trying to keep it legal (or sort of). I guess thats why he's talking about using hilux.
