Re: Bundera Gearbox Help Please

The petrol Bundera had the g52 gearbox and the diesel turbo had the r151
I am pretty sure they use the same transfer case but might of had different input shafts and adapters due to the different gearboxes.

Re: go kart project?

Have you thought about using something from an old Honda Odyssey off road buggy? No gears or clutch to worry about it sorts it all out itself, throttle and brakes on the steering wheel. Turn the motor 90 degrees and that gets the power to the front and back all in a small package. The ratios in the ...

The Bundy has a shorter bonnet on it as they only ever had 4cyl motors

but the rest should be similar.

Not sure if you can swap the front ends?

It probably wont matter which grease you use it will still be around the back of the coupling. You can get a rubber dust cap that is used for trailer bearings. You might have to trim a bit off the bottom so it slides on all the way. You will need something like silastic to glue it on. I hope this ...

I have also noticed alot of the time there is wear in the mechanism the window doesn't go up straight so it grips the window tracks a bit. If you pull off the door trip and give it a bit of a wiggle you should be able to see to problem spot

I just reread the post. You are only changing the calipers. Make sure you check out the size of the pads. Make sure they are a close match for the height of the contact area other wise you can and up doing alot of work for not much improvement. Another problem to look out for is if the piston size ...

My 40th 97 model has the twin airbags. The dealer I bought it off reckoned that they were standard like that. I always thought he was talking out of his but on a few things, he probably would of tried to charge me more if he realised that it had a few moe options on it

The thermo fan wouldn't be much use at freeway speeds as there would be more air going through the radiator than the fan could pull through wouldn't there?

I would start looking at the radiator because if it isn't a problem in day to day stuff

With F5 somtimes it doesn't clear the cache for your browser so you are viewing old crap cached on your computer to make it faster. CTRL + F5 makes it get all new stuff live off the internet. But if you only have one finger or simply hate using 2 you can change the browser setting to stop it caching
