I had a 93 Pajero and killed it. The engines are alright but once mine got to around 250000ks the engine was shot. Ended up selling it for 1500. It was in good condition but I couldn't justify spending 3 grand fixing a car that was worth half that. The V6 engines go hard but aren't built to last ...

Yeah. I usually find around town if I'm giving it a bit of right foot it will peak at 12psi then when cruising will drop back to 3 - 5 psi. On the highway, cruising in 5th and doing 100k's, it will sit much higher (8psi or so) and it wont take much accelerator at this speed to get to max boost. A ...

Hi Troopymad, What offset are u using with the 35's? I'm about to order 16x8 with neg 34. What size rims are u running? Thank you. Gav. PS: that 5 inch lift of yours, is that 2"inch body and 3" suspension. I've got 1" body and 2.5" suspension. I moved the diff forward 1". I reckon I'll be able to ...

Its a BJ74, so pretty much like any 1980's Landcruiser front end I think. The wheels are a tight fit without the spacers and it was just the wheel balance weights chewing into the edge of the rubber boot on the tie rod ends. Does anyone know if the weights can be moved to a different location on the ...

Thaks for that Weiner, So with -24 and a 2" spacer I'm the equivalent of -49. Would the -44 offset you have create the same stress on bearings that I have with spacers and -24 offset? I only ask because I have read opinions that spacers are bad news. More importantly - What wheels have you got on ...

OFFSET???
Hi wheel gurus or people who know more than me!! (wouldn't be hard). I will start with the problem. I have a set of Performance Wheels 15x8 Outlaw style with neg 24 offset. They rubbed on the tie rod ends so a whacked on some 2" spacers. Problem solved???? Well the wheels (Balancing Weights) dont ...

Hey All, I installed the caster shims a week or two ago. Pretty good results. The cruiser handles way better. Not as vague and unpredictable as before the shims. Probably should have got 4 degree but its a huge improvement as is. Got my center pins from pedders after going to a couple of auto parts ...

Yeah its in Farenheit. Doesn't really matter. Goes up to 1600F. What sort of engine/turbo have you got? I have a spot in the dump pipe but I think the manifolds have similar holes to tap. MUD has heaps of info on the procedure in the 70's section. Not sure why it says 600F on its not turned on. Its ...

Autobarn quoted $400 for the same one. It came in a kit with everything. You just need to tap the manifold. I dont know if its any good ...

Thanks BigBoy, I'm running 2" spacers with the -24 offset mags. So in reality I'm at about a -75 offset. Three inches. The spacers give it a mean stance and clear the TRE's but could be adding to my steering troubles. Although the problem is the same since I had the cruiser and did al the mods. It ...

I'll swap the wheels tomorrow. Gotta do a rotation. Didn't do much last time tho. The wheels are Performance Wheels - Outlaw 15x8. They have a neg 24 offset. Apparently thats the correct offset for this model cruiser. I'm doing a bit of research on offset to try and work out the perfect offset for ...
