as in stock arms with castor plates with them?

i payed around $100 for stock arms with bushes, castor plates are around $180 NEW

i guess i would pay upto $200 - 250 for the lot, but thats just me. no harm in trying cheaper if your trying to buy them.

maybe a hilux one will work? some of them look flater, not sure how the spline size is though?

ive got a 60 and 80 series power steering box hear the drop of the 2 arms is about the same, only 3mm different if that.

im after a arm that drops lower than a 80 series.

my stock 80 series panards are made from solid bar, are u sure yours are hollow tube?

all aftermarket items ive seen are made from thinker solid bar.

Re: More flex front 100 series by removing bolt?

Without getting into a flex-off or flex vs lockers war, crunk81us's question was ... by removing one bolt from somewhere on the front suspension, it would act similarly to an xlink. Does anyone know what this one bolt is and what it's dis/advantages are? I think we have achieved that. i agree. to ...

yeah i was just looking into them then, me removing one bolt seems to flex alot more than what i can see in the pics, but there arms should be more stable, better for all around drivin, i think i would rather just keep removing one bolt in the bush or make up a X link and running lock pins in it.

ive found in my 60 series (runing 80's coil setup) it make a big differnece when flexing removing one rear bolt from the front arms, the front wheel drops ova 4'' more and the other wheel pushs up mor also. with all bolts in it puss for flex, drive about the same so far, but i would only ever do ...

so were talking of a lux front diff?
easy option is as stated, put a highpinion centre in.
or if your caster angle is rolled backward move than stock, just roll the whole diff forward to stock castor angle and weld ur spring perchs on in that position.

then the pinion will face higher up.

all the body blocks ive seen look the same, just a alloy block with a hole down the centre.

so as far as i know it would only the amount of the blocks, or the length of the bolts that might course u issues?
