Does anyone know if the 3.0 24v is a direct replacement for the 3.0 12v?
If not, What's the difference? Other than 12vSOHC, 24vDOHC.
Is the 3.0 24v just a smaller version of the 3.5 24v?

Hey all, I'm about to swap my front diff (NJ auto) for a manual diff. Can anyone tell me what I'll need before I get started. Never done this before so no idea what I'm in for. Am I likely to need any bits and pieces or special tools for the job. I don't want to get half way through the job and find ...

G'day mate, I wanted to do this as well however, every person I spoke to about it all said the same thing. It's not worth the effort. Apparently it will not bolt straight in. Everything associated with the old engine will have to be changed or modified to suit the new engine (Mounts, Trans, Wiring ...

Hi guys, I went and saw a chap at ARB Coopers Plains and he couldn't have been more helpful. I thought I'd share ...

Oh goodo, I'll start looking for one. I just noticed the front seal is leaking. As for the rear, I was told the only way to tell if you have an LSD is jack up one wheel and try and drive off the jack. So I did, the raised wheel just spun. So based on that I don't have an LSD. Thanks for your help ...
