Not too sure how long it will last but I've just made one out of 90mm stormwater pipe. Cut a short length, caped each end and put a 'T' piece in the middle with a screw top lid. Cost about $6. For that amount I don't care if I have to replace it every 12 months

dented 'cut 1/4 panels'

How pissed off would you be if you have cut your 1/4 panels, but not built the rear bar yet and then dented them... Well, i've done exactly that. Spent a few nights in the shed, cut and filled the panels, not yet built the rear tube bar, and then last weekend in Toolangi, copped a dent. At first ...

replacement overflow tank

Have hit the radiator overflow tank with pressure washer and blown a hole in it. What,s my best option for replacement, wreckers or another model vehicle, as I've heard the factory models aren't the best plastic.

Do they need to be able to hold much pressure.

Well i've had a play with the tyre, droped it down to 12psi and the left door still catches by about 6mm (about half the tread depth). Might try some sort of spacers to go behind tyre.

perhaps I'll just get onto a 'bald' spare tyre!!!

Rear bumper has been removed, for custom rear bar to be fitted at later date. More worried about the left door not being able to open and if right door is opened fully, will it crack tail light assembly. Also is much stress placed on driveline if I was to run 1 tyre of 33" and the other 3 at 35"
