I currently have my winch back at the distributor in Melbourne being repaired under warrenty. I bought an ironman winch in december 06, was in Tassie in March, and the whole car died, (no power to anything). Opened the hood to find sparks jumping off the battery. Disconnected all leads and worked ...

a bloke in our club has an o4 rodeo single cab and has just bought a set of radial claws in 33in. No worries about lifting the tray to fit under but was wondering what he needs to do to the front end. Wind up torsen bars only or will he need to do a body lift of an inch or two. if a body lift is ...

dented 'cut 1/4 panels'
How pissed off would you be if you have cut your 1/4 panels, but not built the rear bar yet and then dented them... Well, i've done exactly that. Spent a few nights in the shed, cut and filled the panels, not yet built the rear tube bar, and then last weekend in Toolangi, copped a dent. At first ...

replacement overflow tank
Have hit the radiator overflow tank with pressure washer and blown a hole in it. What,s my best option for replacement, wreckers or another model vehicle, as I've heard the factory models aren't the best plastic.
Do they need to be able to hold much pressure.

alternator on diesel
Have a 4.2 diesel, and during the long weekend in Toolangi, my alternator has died. I assume that I've filled it up with mud or water. Is there an easy fix or is it back to the auto elec, as it has had new bushes and bearing replaced after the Easter trip. This leading to the 2nd question. When ...

Cooper ST's are only 31's so that's the main reason for them sitting in the shed. Mainly used on longer trips where quite alot of bitchie and gravel roads are expected. Have had a little use in mud, not bad, kept up with full mud tyres, and as for rocks, not alot of use, but would recommend them ...

Back to the origional question... I think you will find a set of Silverstone mt117 (from memory, about 34" on 16" rims) at Barham Tyre Service. For those who don't know where Barham is, it's in S/W NSW, on Murray River. Between Swan Hill and Echuca. Rob's the owner of the store, was talking about ...
