yeah mate its a first gen hilux front diff with a 4.88 diff centre, the axle tubes are going to get cut off and movened to the oppisite side to allow for triton t/c, will be a soa set up, and a custom draglink and 80 series pitman arm, wil keep pics comimng kk

hey i got a 1993 triton as well, doing a sas atm also soa, and 35s, dual locked wif hilux t/c, for the money ur gonna spend on the triton, i would pick up a cheap suzi and build that up, as it already has solid front and rear diffs light wieght and great off road, but mind u the old triton isnt 2 ...

iwould say try winding torsion bars up to 2inch and run extended shackles then run some 31inch tyres,( lift kit minim 2" (and what would i have to do besides shocks and leafs?)um ifs u would only be able to winding it up 2inch on the front max,as for shocks standard 1s should be alright but i would ...

nar there just trying 2 stir me lol, btw got 2 hilux springs and ditched the falcon 1s, got shock hopes mad and ready 90% done with them, got shackles and started measurng the leaf packs 2 fit,, also have 2 find some centres, btw i used a 80series pitman arm because there are longer than the bitsy 1s,

hey mate own the same as yours, week point will be cvs and boots, nts about gears, but being a triton should be sumting out there, its just finding it and fitting it, the rear diff is strong as nails but watch ya gear box if driven hard. cheers scott

hah sounds good, btw got 2 leaf packs of a falcon the ohter day, look very good nic, also got some steering bits and pieces ready, also got a 80 series pitman arm today, diffs arrive on monday and shackels on tuesday, should have diff centres next few weeks along wif brake lines and front drive ...

mate if there new springs they will take a while to settle in and then the angle will be fine, so atm i would say let them settle in and then try rewelding if all else fails.

yeah well, im putting a body lift on soon custom tray and snorkle, then running 33s and a front lokka, just would love 2 solid axles,

cheers mate for the advise, ill be runnig 4.88 ratios and now will run 35s simex or crawlers not 2 sure yet, yeah just that i lifted the tosion bars and rear leafes, running 31s and it doesnt seem 2 be that high and flex much, so im getting hilux diffs next week and running a fully different leafe ...
