hey guys i have re adjusted valves had timing checked and i still have a noise there i have rebuilt this engine with no expence spared the only thing that wasnt checked was piston protrusion i was thinking about pulling the head back off and re checking it any one got any other ideas or know of any ...

I am doing a conversion from tb42 to td42 i am swapping the wiring harness over and just want to know how you pull the harness from under the bonnet through the firewall does the wiring under the small fuse box under the bonnet unplug any help would be great cheers

Why dont you get an old pnel and give it a go yourself the trick is to weld in small busts sort of like tacking it but just keep going along your weld if it is a large panel have a wet rag and keep cooling the area around where your are working to stop any distorting

My 96 cruiser broke the timing belt pulled the head off and doesnt look like valves have done any damage to pistons but broke the cam clean in half has anyone got a head with cam in it for sale cheers

work out what way the engine is going to turn when you hit the key and jam your bar up against the chassis and hit the key it should crack the nut or try get a good rattle gun in there

He hasnt been in any mud or anything so ill try the rubber line it is like it is slowly building up pressure then the fluid cant return for some reason have to look into it abit further

My cousin has a 90 model gq ute and the left hand caliper keeps jamming on after driving and using the brakes for a while fitted a new caliper and it was ok for a while then done it again anyone got any ideas cheers
